Target Action

Understanding the Product

The Target Action is the specific behavior you want the target actor to perform. It must be concrete, observable, and directly linked to the target outcome.

Too vague: "Use the app more"
Just right: "Complete one workout per week"
Too specific: "Press the green 'Start Workout' button at 6am on Monday"

The target action sits in a sweet spot: specific enough to design for, flexible enough to be realistic.
