UX Best Practices

Implementation intentions are specific plans for when, where, and how to take action. Research shows they double or triple the likelihood of follow-through compared to simple goals.

Format: "When [situation X arises], I will [perform behavior Y]."

Example: Instead of "I'll exercise more," → "When I get home from work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I will go for a 20-minute run."
