Behavior Change Games
Measuring the Impact
Behavior change games use game mechanics to make desired behaviors fun and engaging. Unlike simple gamification, these are fully designed game experiences where the "play" IS the desired behavior.
Examples: Zombies, Run! (makes running a game), SuperBetter (turns recovery into quests), Habitica (gamifies daily tasks with RPG mechanics).
The behavior change IS the game, not just a layer of points on top of it.
