Measuring the Impact

Reminders are time-based or context-based prompts that help users follow through on intended behaviors. They bridge the intention-action gap by providing external cues at the right moment.

Effective reminders are timely, relevant, actionable, and respectful of the user's attention.

Key challenge: Too many reminders cause notification fatigue. Too few and users forget. Finding the right frequency is critical.
